Dating Scams After Valentine’s Day

If you’re single, no day is as annoying as Valentines’ Day. Many people are likely to sign up for a dating site such as Match.com or PlentyOfFish.com. Those same people will be at the risk of scammers who are looking to cash in on other people’s emotions. Whatever you do, do not send money to anyone you meet on an online dating site.

And yes, there are people who’ve met each other on a dating site and are perfectly happy. At the same time, understand that online dating sites are filled with fake and inactive profiles, and are not the godsend that they appear to be in commercials.
